***** PREMIUM UNIT ***** "The Princesa is one of the best laid out complexes on the beach. It has 3 swimming pools, wading pools, a hot tub that is almost on the beach, exercise building with a bar and games, a store that also has DVD rentals and a small restaurant with great food and even better prices. There is no reason to leave the complex but if you do the town is only 5 minutes away and there is plenty to do and see. We purchased the unit in Feb of 2007 and have updated it so you have everything you need for a wonderful vacation.The master has a king size bed with views of the ocean and it's own bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and is next to the main bath. The kitchen is fully stocked with new cookware, dinerware, glassware and small appliances. The dinning room table sits 4 and also has 3 bar stools. The sofa opens up to a full size bed so the unit will sleep 6. All the bedrooms and family room have TV's and DVD/VCR players, you also get cable TV and HBO. This is a great place for families, the complex is in a gated entry and has 24hr security in the complex and on the grounds." |
